Thai Yoga Body Work

Wash into serenity, transformation and self- discovery with the fusion of ancient Thai Yoga Body Work and a private, personalized mediation journey.

Thai Yoga Bodywork is an ancient form of therapeutic healing based on Traditional Thai Yoga Massage that have been practiced for over 2,500 years. Unlike Western massage, Thai Yoga Bodywork combines energy/meridian balancing, stretching, and gentle yoga asanas (postures) in order to facilitate profound relaxation and revitalization of both body and mind.

At Foundations Island Yoga, our Thai massage sessions are tailored to your specific needs,
whether you seek relief from muscle tension, stress reduction, or a revitalizing experience.

Fusion of the healing benefits of Thai massage and the relaxation of transformative meditation

  • Relax. Release Your Tension.

One of the key benefits of Thai Yoga Body Work is its ability to promote relaxation and alleviate stress. The gentle pressure applied to specific energy points helps to release tension in the muscles, allowing for a deep sense of calm to take over the body.

  • Improve Flexibility. Heal.

The stretching and movement involved in Thai Yoga Body Work an improve flexibility and joint mobility, making it an ideal treatment for athletes or individuals with physical discomfort.

  • Reduce Anxiety.

The rhythmic and meditative nature of the practice can soothe the mind, reduce anxiety, and enhance overall mental clarity. By promoting the flow of energy throughout the body, Thai massage aims to bring balance and harmony to both the physical and energetic systems, fostering a holistic sense of well-being.

Inner Revelation

Embark on a journey of healing with the unique fusion of Traditional Yoga Body Work, Cupping, Sound Bath and Personalized Meditation to begin healing…

Inner Revelations is an art done by Carol in the Centreville Private Treatment Room. This process serves as a comprehensive method to enhance your self-awareness from the core. By addressing and processing trauma, you can cultivate a deeper connection with yourself. Through Thai Yoga Body Work and Cupping we are able to help release stored tension. We fuse this together with personalized meditation techniques to further release memories and trauma from the body and help clear up misconceptions which helps to alleviate future pain. Finally, we pair these techniques with the benefits of private sound vibrations. This holistic experience is beneficial for individuals committed to genuine self-improvement, offering a healing journey beyond temporary solutions.
